Bubo, is that problem on the SDCC Zomb a 1/6 or 1/12 size body?  If it's 1/6 is it the newer narrow upper body or the older body?

You can also add the option to First Class Mail called Registered which does have tracking.  It costs an additional $11.75 on top of the First Class costs and you need to use the kind of tape that looks like paper to seal the package as opposed to the clear shiny tape that most people use.

Sorry to hear that jcr518....feel for your Johnson (he is my fav. Ankou).

What was wrong in the first time? (you contacted CS)

Btw, perhaps they meant that they don't have a missing part at the moment and will send it to you later on? If you can forward your communication with them, I can touch base and see what I can do.

First time I had a broken WWRp Merc Bramble thumb.  After contacting them and sending pictures they never got back to me, not sure why.  This was a few years ago.

This time with the Ankou what they said was "sorry, we don't have this in stock", as their last response to me, and that was it.  I would take that as I'm out of luck.  I can PM you the communications that I had with them after I get home.  I'm at work right now and they won't let me access my private email account.  Maybe you can help.  Like I said, I would even take unpainted lower legs and just paint them myself.  I just don't have the parts to replace the broken ones.  I think they tried getting me actual Ankou Johnson lower legs, but don't have any left, but maybe they have just regular lower legs?  I would need both the left and right lower legs.

So, I bought an Ankou Johnson and upon receiving it realized that both the bottoms of the legs where the ankle pegs connect had cracks going up the side of them making the ankle pegs fit loosely and not allowing the figure to stand.  I email CS to see if I can get some lower leg replacements and after sending them photos and explaining the situation they told me they don't have the parts in stock.

I could understand if these were older figures, but they only shipped out a couple of months ago and they're telling me they don't have any parts for it?  Were talking body parts here, which all the human figures use and they don't have any extra?  So basically now I'm stuck having to buy a whole body second hand just to get the part I need.  I would have even taken an unpainted part and just painted it myself just so long as I could get the parts.  I wasn't even asking them to fix it since I can just do it myself.  This is the second time I've contacted CS since I've been collecting 3A toys about broken toys and both times I ended up with nothing.

Do lots of pointer finger excercises.  One Two, One Two.  Pick your nose or your ass, or anything to limber it up!  Just wipe your finger off before you touch the mouse.  Grin
