Sent a message to CS a little over a month ago concerning the right hand of my Finger Gang #10.  Through shipping, it managed to acquire a crack that prevents any movement in the ball joint of the pinky finger. They told me to be patient since they were not sure if they had replacements made.

Should I send another message as a reminder or keep holding out? I'm not impatient, but I do want this little problem resolved if possible.

Just got an AP Popbot (Whisper Ghost)

There is a significant crack in the pelvis joint that hinders the ball from staying in the socket efficiently.
It can stay in, but falls out frequently when posing. Undecided

Anyone  else have this problem?

Worth putting a word into CS?

My Shadow Ankou is off for repair, but when it gets back, do you pull out the entire ball-joint from the neck to change out the heads?

This has resulted in neck snapping, yes?

Yes the ball joint is glued into the head.
Wouldn't  hurt to heat the bottom of the neck up while exchanging heads.(if you have a hair dyer)

Going to give that a try once it's back from China. Hopefully it doesn't break again Lips Sealed
