Denied for a third time. This time the site was telling me my cookies weren't enabled. WTF? Seriously. WTF?

Mind you, I was able to purchase the set with no issue, so I don't get this.

Hm.  Missed twice because of that "Service Unavailable" guy.  I hate that guy.

Same. Gah.

replacement Gimby, look at the knees. New joints, not the old ones.

I see that the joints are new and he mentioned this summer shipping, but I still prefer to ask the owner in defect cases in order to be 100% sure.

canonball, how is her original Princess TQ holding? Not a lot of paint pealing off?

As for the case, the only logical way out of this (apart from painting the legs) is to contact CS and ask them for a another leg to make a perfect pair. If that's the only color they have in stock, it has to match.

P.S.
Is it me or color-tone on the foot looks identical and when you go higher the difference starts?

Gimbat -- The whole leg is a different color. It's just the lighting in the picture that makes it look like that. And this was a replacement TQ, but I bought this figure for close to $100 from another collector in June. It came to me still sealed with this defect.

It seems kind of pointless to me to have a TQ with legs that don't match the rest of the figure. I don't know what else to do here. It just feels like I threw a lot of money away on this thing.

Hi guys. I need some advice.

Back in June I bought a Princess TQ. It arrived to me still sealed/shrink wrapped and I was the first person to open the box. When I removed her from the box, I immediately noticed her left leg looked like this:

Basically, there are cracks and scratches all over the place. It looks like it was carved (poorly) out of wood.

I immediately contacted CS with my concerns, and after a LOT of back-and-forth, they agreed to send me a new left leg. Awesome!

Two months passed and I hadn't received anything, so I contacted them again. They told me they forgot and that the Hatchery had been busy, etc., but a new leg was now on the way to me. Cool.

Two weeks later, a new leg DID arrive, to my delight, but this is what I got:

The colors don't match and it looks awful. Again, I immediately contacted CS asking them what could be done about this, and this is what they told me: "We only have this color of leg. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!"

And that was it.

So I'm basically left with a defective product that I paid a lot of money for. What's my next move here? Where do I go now? What can I do?

Thanks for hearing me out on this.

How many days ago your last communication happened?

First communication was on May 16, and then I checked in on June 6th and they told me they were still checking. Since then, nothing.

Question: I emailed CS about problems with my Penumbra and Shadow 2 over a month ago, and they told me to be patient while they check their stock. I asked for an update, but all they told me is they're still checking. Is this normal?

Depends on Factory load and what kind of repairs they need to make (I believe in your case it ain't simple pegs or joints, right?), but I'm sure they didn't forget about you.

Right, both of them have defective torsos. They didn't ask me to send them back, they asked me for my address and asked me to be patient while they check their stock.
