Just a bit of positivity here, but CS has been going back and forth with me on a couple of issues and has been more then helpful to see what they can do to help.  I should be receiving some new pieces in the mail, so when they do I will update.

Seems like CS is going to be able to take care of some of my issues minus finding me some Little Shadow hand joints.

Great insight Gregory.   Really puts it into perspective for me...  In regards to my issue, CS has contacted me back and has come up with a resolve to try and fix my problem.

I'll send them one more email in regards to it then go from there.  I would assume sine all the Bamba allotment Sandvich's just shipped out they would have plenty, but what do I know.   Funny enough they replied within minutes of requesting a tracking number....

Kinda bummed, sent CS a email 5 days ago and still awaiting a response.   Sad

What was the email about? Sometimes CS are contacting the Hatchery or production team (people who work on repairs) and if they are busy, they can't answer and holding you back as well Sad

It was in regards to my second broken Sandvich.  Purchased one at SDCC, and it had a broken olive, they told me to send it back to fix it, so I paid $48 USD, received it back last week in a box that was made of pieces of other boxes and then the sandvich was just wrapped in tight bubble wrap so the olive was busted off again when the not so sturdy box started coming across the seas.  I have no idea why they didn't put it in the original clamshell packaging to send back, so now I have paid for the item twice as well as 3A paying once and I still have a busted product.
