Yes, as KidAkira says, I expect that "Clear images, not sketches please, we have too see what your proposing, not speculate etc" means submission images should be of complete ideas that fully represent the proposal(s) in concise design and purpose. I am sure the medium used to represent the ideas submitted is completely up to you. All the information for this is located

Just A FYI, we are not looking for robot designs, we want characters that can be toys, not statues or limited movement vinyl stuff.
